We intend to run classes in roughly consecutive order although this will depend on number of entries and arenas required. 

Elementary, medium and music tests will be run on a surface.

VOLUNTEERS:  Each Club to provide a volunteer for an hours help (stewarding, sheet collecting etc.)

Writers are also required, but duty would have to be for the whole test not just for an hour.

SCORING:  At the Area Meeting last year it was decided to try and have more than one team of scorers to speed things up at the end of the day,

and that these scoring teams would be provided by the Clubs.

Names of volunteers and the type of duty that they are available for to be provided with entry please.
